계약서를 쓰고 사본을 받을 권리가 있습니다
집 계약도 서면으로 하고 내 몫의 계약서를 받아야 합니다. 계약서에 보증금, 월세, 기간, 집주인 이름이 정확히 적혀 있는지 확인하세요.
전입신고는 나를 보호합니다
이사한 뒤 주민센터에 전입신고를 하면 보증금을 지키는 데 도움이 되는 경우가 많습니다. 어떤 절차가 필요한지 주민센터에 문의하세요.
보증금 문제는 법률상담을 받을 수 있습니다
보증금을 돌려받지 못했다면 대한법률구조공단(132)에서 무료로 상담받을 수 있습니다.
지낼 곳이 없다면 도움을 요청할 수 있습니다
지금 잘 곳이 없거나 집에 있는 것이 위험하다면 청소년전화 1388에 전화해 청소년쉼터 등 안전한 곳을 안내받을 수 있습니다.

직접 방을 보고, 계약하는 사람이 실제 집주인인지 신분증으로 확인하세요. 혼자 결정하지 말고 믿을 수 있는 어른과 함께 가는 것이 안전합니다.

보증금과 월세는 가능하면 계좌로 이체하고, 이체 내역을 저장해 두세요. 현금으로 줬다면 영수증을 꼭 받으세요.

외국인등록을 한 경우 체류지 변경 신고도 필요할 수 있으니 1345에 함께 확인하세요.
