How to use LINKRIGHTS

  • Do I need to sign up or log in?

No. Anyone can use LINKRIGHTS right away without signing up. You don't need to give any personal information.

  • Does it cost anything?

    No, every feature is free.

  • My Korean isn't very good. Can I still use it?

Yes. We support Korean, English, Chinese and Vietnamese. You can change the language at the top of the screen.

  • Will more languages be added?

Yes. We plan to keep adding languages based on what users ask for and need.

  • Can I use it without a computer?

Yes. It is made so you can use it the same way on your phone.

Asking the AI

  • Can I trust the AI's answers?

The LINKRIGHTS AI answers only based on rights information that we checked and registered in advance. If there is no basis, it does not guess. It honestly tells you that it cannot confirm.

  • What happens if the AI can't answer?

If our registered information can't confirm it, the AI tells you honestly. Then it shows things you can do now and how to look up rights information. It does not recommend organisations that haven't been checked.

  • Is there a limit on how long my question can be?

Yes. You can type up to 500 characters at a time. If it's longer, please split it into several questions.

  • Is what I ask saved?

LINKRIGHTS does not store your questions. However, to make an answer, your question is sent to an AI service (OpenAI). So please don't write personal information such as your name or phone number.

  • Can I type my passport number or alien registration number?

No, please never type them. They are not needed for an answer, and we recommend leaving them out to protect your personal information.

  • Can I ask the same question in a different language?

Yes. The AI answers in the same language you type in.

  • Could the AI's answer be different from the actual law or system?

Laws and systems can change. If you have an important decision to make, we recommend checking again with the related organisations shown with the answer.

Privacy and security

  • Does my information stay anywhere?

You can use LINKRIGHTS without logging in, and LINKRIGHTS does not separately store what you ask. However, your question may be sent to an AI service (OpenAI) to create an answer, and your connection information (IP address) may be checked for up to 5 minutes to limit service use. To protect your privacy, please do not type personal information such as your name, phone number, passport number or alien registration number. You can find more details in the Privacy notice.

  • Will my school, teachers or family find out what I asked?

No. LINKRIGHTS does not tell your school, teachers or family what you asked. Your question is only sent to an AI service (OpenAI) to make an answer. If you share a phone, close the screen when you're done.

Rights information

  • How up to date is the rights information?

Each information page shows a review date under the title. The information was checked as of that date.

  • What if some information seems wrong?

Please tell us using the contact email at the bottom of the page. We'll check and fix it. Telling us about wrong information is a big help.

  • The topic I want isn't on the list.

Try asking the AI, or tell us what information you need using the contact email at the bottom of the page. We'll use it when adding new information.
