마음이 힘든 것도 치료 대상입니다
잠이 안 오거나 계속 불안하고 우울한 것도 도움을 받을 수 있는 문제입니다. 청소년전화 1388에서 먼저 상담해 볼 수 있습니다.

감기, 배탈, 가벼운 상처는 집 근처 의원에서 진료받을 수 있고 비용도 더 적습니다. 신분증(외국인등록증)을 가져가세요.

의식이 없거나 피가 많이 나는 등 위급한 상황에서는 119로 전화해 구급차를 요청하세요.

증상을 미리 적어 가세요
언제부터, 어디가, 어떻게 아픈지 휴대폰에 적어가면 짧은 한국어로도 설명하기 쉽습니다. 번역 앱을 함께 사용해도 좋습니다.

비용이 걱정되면 먼저 물어보세요
접수할 때 "보험이 없는데 얼마인가요?"라고 물어볼 수 있습니다. 건강보험 가입 여부는 1577-1000에서 확인하세요.
